Handmade Needle Felted Mobile
Curryville Country Market
Commissioned pieces, with deposit
These pieces are made from 100% all natural, raw wool. A process using roving, wrapped around a wire armature, and sculpted with a special barbed needle, which locks fibers in place, is called needle felting.
Some have glass eyes, waxed feet and or beak, and occasionally, hand stitched clothing.
Each intricately sculpted by local artist, Debbie Hamby, of Calhoun, to evoke a one of a kind whimsical character. No two are ever the same!
Although loved by children young and wise, these tiny sculptures are not intended to be played with, but are cherished keepsakes for gift giving.
It's my hope, when you adopt your signed, one of a kind piece, that it brings you as much joy as it did me with creating it!
With heart "felt" love!

The pictures do not do them justice. Come see them in person today.
