How do I contact you with a customer service question?
It easy. Simply, email us at hello@cheekybabyboutique.com or call us at 706-388-2099 and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. All emails and phone calls are answered during regular business days between 10am to 6pm EST.
Store Location
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we have a physical store and we’d LOVE for you to stop by and visit us! We are conveniently located at 306 Broad Street Rome, GA 30161. Can’t wait to see you.
Can't visit us in-person? No worries....shop with us online!
Do you have a factory online webpage or wholesale webpage?

Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order?
We try our best to accommodate change requests and cancellations, but we typically ship within 24 hours. Therefore, please email or call us immediately if you need to make a change and we will try our best to make it happen! All order changes and cancellations are subject to a $5 fee.
If shipping label has already been created, we are unable to make any changes.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping on select items.
Please note that we are unable to gift wrap gear items, even though the option may still appear during checkout.
If gift wrapping is added to your order, all eligible items will be wrapped together. If you have special requests regarding which items should be wrapped together or separately, please call or email us as soon as your order is placed, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax on all items that are shipped within GA. All other states ship tax-free.
In-Store Pickup
When will my order be ready for in-store pickup?
Most in-stock items are ready for pickup within an hour. At checkout, we provide an estimated pickup time of 24 hours in case an item is located at our warehouse and needs to be transferred to the store. In those cases, it is typically available the next business day.
For gear purchases, please allow 1–5 business days for pickup. Unfortunately, our website is currently unable to display this updated timeframe and will still show a 24-hour pickup estimate at checkout.
If your gear order is expected to take longer than 24 hours, we will contact you by phone or email as soon as we receive your order to provide an updated ETA.
If you need an item sooner than the estimated pickup time, please feel free to call us. We are always happy to check availability and provide an updated timeline.
What happens if I do not pick up my order?
Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email at the address provided during checkout. If your order has not been picked up after 30 days, we will send a reminder email.
Orders that have not been picked up within 30 days are no longer eligible for return or exchange. If an order remains unclaimed after 90 days, it will be considered abandoned and donated to a local charity.
Shipping
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $99 within the continental US only. Shipping costs for orders under $99 are just $6.99.
We are unable to ship furniture at this time. All furniture must be picked up at our warehouse. Please call to schedule a time for pick up.
When will my items ship?
In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment. We will continuously keep customers updated with any shipping delays from the manufacture and/or freight carrier.
Gear purchases ship with in 3-5 business days of receipt of payment.
What delivery methods do you use?
Standard shipping is provided through USPS First Class, UPS, or FedEx which typically takes 2-5 business days.
If you have a preferred method of shipping you would like us to use, let us know before you make your purchase.
Please note, with the holiday season underway, we are already seeing delays with carriers. We will do our best to get your shipments out ASAP.
Will my entire order be shipped in one package?
Typically, yes. If all of your items will fit in a single package, they will be packaged together.
How do I track my order?
An email will be sent to you with the tracking number. If you do not see it, check your spam/junk folder or email us for it.
Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! We ship United States Postal Service to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Do you offer international shipping?
We are currently not setup to ship internationally.
