How do I contact you with a customer service question?

It easy. Simply, email us at or call us at 706-388-2099 and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. All emails and phone calls are answered during regular business days between 11am to 7pm EST.

Store Location

Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we have a physical store and we’d LOVE for you to stop by and visit us! We are conveniently located at 306 Broad Street Rome, GA 30161. Can’t wait to see you.  

Can't visit us in-person?  No with us online!  

Do you have a factory online webpage?

No, our only website is this one.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We try our best to accommodate change requests and cancellations, but we typically ship within 24 hours. Therefore, please email or call us immediately if you need to make a change and we will try our best to make it happen! All order changes and cancellations are subject to a $5 fee.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax on all items that are shipped within GA. All other states ship tax-free.


What are your shipping costs?

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $49 within the continental US only. Shipping costs for orders under $49 are just $3.99. 

We are unable to ship furniture at this time. All furniture must be picked up in store. 

When will my items ship?

In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment.  We will continuously keep customers updated with any shipping delays from the manufacture and/or freight carrier.

What delivery methods do you use?

Standard shipping is provided through USPS First Class, UPS, or FedEx which typically takes 2-5 business days. 

Will my entire order be shipped in one package?

Typically, yes. If all of your items will fit in a single package, they will be packaged together.

How do I track my order?

An email will be sent to you with the tracking number. If you do not see it, check your spam/junk folder or email us for it.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

Yes! We ship United States Postal Service to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Do you offer international shipping?

We are currently not setup to ship internationally.  


What is your return policy?

We offer store credit on all items purchased at full price. To receive store credit, you must return the purchased item(s) within 10 days of receipt.  Customer must have receipt, gift receipt, or order # to process the return.  

Your order is subject to a $5 restocking fee.

Hair bows, swimwear, socks, pacifiers, gear, furniture, mattresses and all personalized items are final sale. Sale items or items purchased at a discount are not eligible for returns or refunds.

If shipped to the customer, the customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) back to the store.  A store credit will not be issued until the product is received back in the store and inspected.

What happens if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?

Please email us within 10 days at so we can fix the issue! We want to ensure that your order is exactly what you want and expect it to be.
