Return Policy

We offer store credit on eligible full-price items. Items must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving your order. To process a return, customer must provide a receipt, gift receipt, or order number.

To be eligible for store credit:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Original packaging must be included

Car Seats

For safety reasons, once a car seat box has been opened, the item is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Strollers

Strollers that have been used outdoors are not eligible for return.

To qualify for a return, strollers must:

  • Be unused
  • Be returned in the original box
  • Include all original paperwork and packaging

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or store credit:

  • Hair bows
  • Personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Items purchased using a discount or promotion

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Store credit will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
